Sequins & Studs

Hello! Today is an exciting day for me. It's my birthday and I wanted to take few quick pictures of my outfit of the day and share it with you guys. I am debuting my new sequins pants that I just bought from Haute Hippie. I scored a deal with their sample sale. These retailed for $700 and I bought them just under $300. I am absolutely in love with these and they feel like second skin. I wore them all day from brunch to night out in the town. 

Also, I am carrying my new Goyard bag (birthday present from hubby but not a surprise). I have been eyeing this bag for a while now. This bag is not sold online and only Barney's carries it for now at their NY  & Beverly Hills boutiques. I placed my order at Bal Harbour Barney's with a sales associate and she waived the expedited shipping fee for me. I received the bag in two days. I am very happy with it as it is a perfect day bag. To carry the same outfit through the night, I swapped my bag for a YSL clutch. I have taken pics with both bags for your viewing pleasure! Hope you guys have a great day. See you soon in a new post.

Hello all! 

So it's my birthday week and I am taking full advantage of if. In my 20's I never cared to celebrate but as I am getting older (30's now) I am all about celebration! I have been hitting all my favorite restaurants this week. My top picks in Miami would be St. Regis Bal Harbour, Zuma at Epic hotel & Prime One Twelve. 

Outfit I am showcasing today, I wore to Zuma for my pre-birthday dinner! I am wearing a leather top with a delicate lace skirt from For love & Lemons brand. I am a huge fan of this brand. I love all their lacy clothing. Let's not forget about my gorgeous bow pumps by Aminna Jillil. They are so fab!!!

Sunset at Bal Harbour St. Regis

One of the perks of living in South Florida is that beach is just few miles from home. My best friend was visiting me from California so I decided to treat her at St. Regis Bal Harbor for lunch. We went to J&J grill and let me tell you it was one of the best meals I had. 

Moving on to my outfit, nothing screams more summer than a sun dress. The dress I am wearing is from Blaque Label and I fell in love with the colors immediately. I purchased this dress online (I do 50% of my shopping on line). I had just purchased the necklace from Intermix while shopping on collins in Miami. For shoes I choose these beauties from Zara that I purchased couple years back. They not only look good but they are comfortable enough to walk around all day in. My clutch is vintage & was purchased online.

Pink Poppy

Happy Humpday! Its mid-week and I am eagerly waiting for Easter Sunday. I wanted to share an outfit that is ideal for Easter brunch. It's a romper by Katherine Feiner Spring/Summer 14 collection. I was drawn to the Pink Poppy print as it is light and refreshing, just like summer! 

 My previous post I blogged a jumpsuit and this post is a romper for simple reason, both are a daytime and nighttime staple for the spring and summer months. They are a one-stop-shop because you can effortlessly create a polished outfit with just one piece.  All you need are some bold accessories to make the look your own!
